I’m a Dreamer, by default. Helping create a beautiful world.
I’m an enrolled tribal member, and my culture and spirituality are not just interests—they are part of how I live and understand the world.
My background is rooted in the Arts and Anthropology, and my journey has included work in Cultural Resource Management, along with sharing knowledge through talks and presentations. Through education, travel, and lived experience, I’ve continually been guided back to nature—where I find clarity, grounding, and connection. It is my home. Where I feel the most freedom.
Over time, my path has also grown into holding space for others. I offer guidance rooted in personal experience, spiritual awareness, and a deep respect for each person’s individual journey. I have training in sylvotherapy (forest-bathing), animist-based practice, breath-work facilitation, and psychedelic journeywork & integration. But my real knowledge comes from lived experience.
I’ve also worked as a professional photographer, a practice I now return to as a more personal and creative expression. It’s another way I observe, reflect, and connect with the world around me.
Nature has always been a teacher in my life. She mirrors our subconscious and opens doors to what we need to see. When we slow down and pay attention, she reflects us back to ourselves.
Time in nature creates space to slow down, regulate the nervous system, and process emotions more clearly. It offers simple, consistent support during stress, anxiety, and overwhelming moments.
Many of these practices come from generations of lived experience, especially within Indigenous cultures. They carry knowledge about balance, health, and relationship to the land that is still relevant today.
Healing isn’t just mental or physical—it’s connected. Holistic approaches support the body, mind, and emotional state together, creating more sustainable and long-term well-being.
Healing becomes more sustainable when it isn’t done alone. Shared spaces and conversations help build connection, accountability, and a real sense of belonging.
