It’s Not Climate Change—It’s Consciousness Shift

3 min read

Yesterday, I had a mind-blowing realization:
Climate change—at least the way we’ve been conditioned to view it—doesn’t exist in the way we think it does.

I know, I know. That might sound wild. But hear me out.

We live on a sentient planet.
Mother Earth is alive.
She breathes. She feels. She listens. And she reflects.

Just like we mirror one another in relationships, Earth mirrors us.
When humanity is overwhelmed with inner chaos, grief, destruction, and disconnection… Earth reflects that exact same energy. What we’ve labeled “climate change” may actually be a global mirror of the collective inner state of humanity.

It’s not the cause—it’s the effect.

There are ancient teachings from all corners of the world that speak of this. Cultures that knew how to work with the weather—not control it with machines or fear, but honor it as a living spirit. When storms came, people didn’t blame the skies—they looked inward, adjusted their behavior, and prayed in harmony with the land. They knew the elements were in conversation with them.

We’ve forgotten this sacred dance.

And now, we’re panicking over symptoms—while ignoring the soul.

But here’s the truth that hit me so hard I had to speak it out loud:
When we heal, she heals.
It’s not a metaphor. It’s a direct, energetic truth.

We are not separate from this planet. We are her children. Her reflections. Her mirror neurons. And just like a body responds to emotional trauma with physical illness, Earth responds to humanity’s emotional trauma with ecological imbalance.

But here’s the good news: this is not the end.
It’s a threshold.
And we have the power to shift the trajectory—not by fixing her, but by remembering ourselves.

The more we come back into harmony,
The more we remember our innate connection,
The more we feel, grieve, love, and align…
The more she will rebalance with us.

I recently saw a news article about the ozone layer healing over Antarctica. That’s not just science—that’s a sign. She’s showing us what’s possible. How quickly she can rebound. How much potential is waiting under the surface, if we stop fighting and start remembering.

So yeah, maybe I sound like the “crazy one.”
But I’ll gladly wear that crown if it means someone out there hears this and remembers too.

I refuse to be quiet while future generations walk blindly through the smoke of disconnection.
I’ll speak this light even if my voice trembles—because I’ve seen what’s possible when even one person shifts.

And if you’re reading this, maybe you’re part of that shift too.

Let’s heal—together.
For the Earth.
For the future.

Hi! My name is Dakota. I am someone who is learning with you along the way, but we are all on separate journeys and we all still have things that were able to share and teach to others. Just as most of you I have also overcome a lot of struggles and hardships, and still facing them, because that's life. I don't want any of us to feel as if were alone in this. I did my studies in art and anthropology. So humans and creations are my passion. I want the best for all of us, and in doing so, we need to start creating! So lets do it!
