Where the land speaks, the ancestors remember,
and the cosmos lives inside you.
Everything here grows from a single, ancient knowing: that the world is alive, and you are not separate from it. The roots beneath your feet and the stars above your head are the same story — and you are part of that story.
Catori Creates exists at the intersection of the seen and unseen — where land-based wisdom meets cosmic consciousness, where personal healing and collective remembrance are the same act. Catori is a Native American name rooted in Hopi and Sioux tradition, meaning spirit — symbolizing wisdom, vitality, and a deep connection to the natural and spiritual world. I first gave this name to my oldest child while they were still growing inside me, before I fully understood the path I was walking. Looking back, I think spirit knew before I did. Catori Creates. Spirit creates. Creators creating. This space carries that same intention — a place where spirit moves through the act of creation, and where you are invited to remember that you are both the created and the creator.
I'm Dakota Zimmer. An Indigenous woman, a land-based practitioner, someone who walks between worlds. I was called to work with the drum, the stars, the ancestors, and the living intelligence of the more-than-human world. I share from my own walk — honestly, imperfectly, and with deep respect for the traditions that have shaped me.
This is a space rooted in reciprocity — with the land, with the ancestors, with the living cosmos. A place where spirituality isn't a product, but a practice woven into the everyday.
The mycelium beneath the forest floor and the web of stars above it operate on the same principle: everything is in communication. Everything belongs to everything else. You are not alone in this. You never were.
Plant medicine, foraging, mycology, and the living intelligence of the more-than-human world.
🪶Corvid wisdom, animal medicine, and the language of interspecies relationship.
🔥Ceremony, seasonal cycles, elemental attunement, and the turning of the wheel.
🪨Lineage work, cultural reclamation, shadow work, and the ones who walk with us still.
✦Astrology, Human Design, numerology, and the cosmic timing encoded in your birth.
◉Tarot, collective readings, oracular vision, and messages from the web of life.
This isn't a place where comments are left. It's a gathering place. A place for engagement.
The Sharing circle is forum created to give space to make a community built on the understanding that we heal in relationship — with each other, with the land, with our lineages. I want all experiences to be shared, so we all can learn from eachother. If it is a lesson you received from an event, personal journey, or from nature. It is welcome.
Real conversations. Respectful space.
Land is not a metaphor here. Ancestors are not abstract. History matters, and so does accountability.
I am of Indigenous descent, and that shapes everything about how I move through the world and how I tend this space. That means this platform does not bypass the hard things — colonial history, land rights, the realities people are living. It also means ancestral knowledge, lived experience, and the importance of learning from what came before are honored here without question.
If you're called toward something more personal — a reading, a question, a moment of direct support — I am here. Offered on a donation basis, honoring energetic exchange while keeping this accessible to those who need it.
